If Overtitle doesn't work for your setup, email hello@overtitle.app within 14 days of purchase with your order number or license key and we'll refund you in full. Telling us what went wrong helps us fix it, but it isn't a condition of the refund.
The free trial includes 3 hours of full-featured viewing — please use it to confirm Overtitle works with your Mac and your workflow before purchasing.
Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Your license is deactivated when the refund is issued.
